At KLEENAWAY, we strive to provide exceptional cleaning services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is requested. Please review our Refund Policy below to understand our terms and conditions.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will only be considered if the client has not yet accepted the final scope of work.

No refund will be issued once the scope of work has been reviewed and accepted by the client through the 'Check Over Walkthrough.' During this walkthrough, clients have the opportunity to assess the quality of work completed and request any necessary adjustments before final approval.​
Full Payment Requirement:

Full payment for services is due upon the completion of the cleaning service and departure from the premises.

Clients are required to pay the full amount for services rendered before the cleaning team departs, regardless of the acceptance of the service during the 'Check Over Walkthrough.'
Disputes or Dissatisfaction:

If the client is dissatisfied with the cleaning service and it is raised before the 'Check Over Walkthrough,' KLEENAWAY will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including rectifying any errors or addressing concerns at no additional charge.

If the client raises concerns after the 'Check Over Walkthrough' and the scope of work has been accepted, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation or Rescheduling:

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a service, notice must be provided at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or full charge for the service.
Service Disruption:

KLEENAWAY will not be responsible for any delays or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, access issues, or other third-party interruptions. In such cases, we will work with the client to reschedule or find an alternative solution.
Refund Process:

If a refund is deemed appropriate, KLEENAWAY will process the refund through the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to be reflected in the client’s account.
