1- Definitions

  • "We," "Us," "Our" refers to KLEENAWAY, ABN 47 206 809 781.

  • "You," "Your" refers to the customer, user, or visitor of our Website.

  • "Services" refer to the cleaning services offered by KLEENAWAY.

 

2 - Use of the Website

  • The Website is for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised activities.

  • You must not attempt to hack, modify, or distribute malicious software via our Website.

  • Your use of this Website must comply with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law.

 

3 - Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Payment must be made in full before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Payments are subject to the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth).

 

4 - Pricing and Quotes

  • All prices listed on the Website are subject to change without notice.

  • Quotes provided are estimates and may change based on the scope of work required.

  • Additional charges may apply for extra services requested outside the initial quote.

 

5- Service Guarantee and Liability

  • We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will attempt to rectify the issue.

  • While we take utmost care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, accidental breakages, or loss of items unless proven to be due to our negligence.

  • Customers must ensure valuables and fragile items are secured before the service.

  • Our liability is limited as per the Australian Consumer Law, and customers may be entitled to remedies under the law if our services fail to meet acceptable standards.

 

6 - Cancellations and Refunds

  • For any cleaning booking cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning time, a cancellation fee of $80 will be applied.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.

  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

  • In cases where a refund is granted, processing may take up to 7 business days.

  • Refund policies comply with the Fair Trading Act 1999 (Vic).

 

7 - Privacy Policy

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store your personal information.

  • Our privacy practices comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
